Throughout my career, I’ve worked across business development, leadership, career coaching, community engagement, and youth mentoring. Although the roles have looked different, they’ve all been driven by the same purpose: helping people recognise their strengths, see new possibilities, and build futures they’re excited to live.

That belief led me to found Sekoya Haus, an organisation creating spaces where young people can explore who they are, discover what they’re good at, and begin designing their futures with confidence and intention.

I’m passionate about creating conversations that change the way people think about careers, confidence, and success. I believe success isn’t about becoming another version of someone else, it’s about uncovering the value only you can bring.

Whether I’m developing partnerships, speaking to young people, coaching professionals, or building programmes that inspire the next generation, my mission remains the same:
